This is the first manned mech that I have built. I received some help from Ben Vaughan in getting the model to stay standing. This model does use color 16. LMKWYT. (...) I could be wrong, but I would expect that trying to put motors in the knees might cause a lot of unsightly bulk there that might ruin the whole effect. I had been thinking that this might be a good application for some sort of remote linkage (...) (26 years ago, 3-Nov-99, to lugnet.robotics.events)
