Re: The Sad State of Minifig Box #1

My thoughts on MFB1 and the general state of things. When this box left me (after Todd gave me the stuff to partition as I see fit) it had a lot of very beat up minifigs.   Re: 8448 Street Sensation Racing - Are you game?

(...) Ok, what should we allow then? Only the RIS set or also extra sensors? How should we construct the track? I suggested marking the curbs with a black line, but mayby a gradient could be used so cars can find their way back on track if pushed (...) (25 years ago, 1-Oct-99, to lugnet.robotics)

Re: another thought on "Bid Siphoning"

Interesting idea. Do bid retraction comments show to anyone other than the seller though? Never checked. I must be doing something right with my listing, I got a rather snippy note complaining that I was undercutting other sellers. Well duh... (URL) (...)   Re: Model Team-ish links

  another thought on "Bid Siphoning"

what if a bidder were to bid on an obvious scam auction (like the ones currently runnin on set 3438 - mcdonalds drivethru) and then retract with a comment such as "holy wow! i bought one direct from lego instead for $11!" is that bid siphoning? just (...)
