(...) There are a few inherent issues with "flex track". Tying it into the current system, safety since metal rails can be sharp, Transporting the segments exc. Quite a few of us in the community have wanted a new track radius for a very very long time. When we were in the 9v era the argument against it given was the metal rails would be too expensive. Our next SMART meeting is coming up soon. Next weekend, on Saturday January 25th, we'll be meeting from 3-5pm in the Descartes room at Digipen. Well besides expanding my Unofficial LEGO Sets/Parts Collectors Guide on DVD from 1949-90.... to 1949-2000.... I'm also working on a 1952-57 LEGO Chevrolet 1:43 Trucks and Wagons Guide... which deals with all the large trucks that were NOT part of (...) (11 years ago, 16-Jan-14, to lugnet.general)
