| | Re: RCX 'brick connectors' and how-they-work??
On the subject of making connector blocks, I have been very successful with taking the conductor strips you get as a S@H service pack, hacking two squares out, slotting one edge of each of the 2x2s, soldering wires to that side, slotting the inside (...) Mookie's page shows me as having sent Junk Box 2 along, I haven't actually ever received it. Where is this box right now? (25 years ago, 14-Sep-99, to lugnet.market.jambalaya)

| | Re: The History Of LEGO Sloped Bricks - Part 1
I remember playing with such bricks, except they were red and reminds me of spanish tile roofs. They came in sizes of 2x2 and 2x4 and also roof apex pieces. They don't build the roof by themselves but are added on top of a base of regular offset (...) (25 years ago, 14-Sep-99, to lugnet.general)

The color is set to 16 so that I can creat a multi-colored trailer park in the future. I doesn't *have* to be grey. Brian (bbq) Sauls (25 years ago, 14-Sep-99, to lugnet.cad.dat.models)

| | Re: wanted: 1x3x2 and 1x2x2 blue-framed windows
Chris, Go for the hard part first (try for the 1x3x2 blue window). If you find a seller, then go for the easy part, the 1x2x2. No point in getting a lot of replies for the 1x2x2 windows, when you have only a slim chance of getting a reply for the (...) (25 years ago, 14-Sep-99, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)

| | Anchored version [DAT]
Okay, here's the anchored version. Just back 'er into the skirting and unhitch. Complete with used-tire planters. I *though* about removing the tires from a ferrari and jacking it up on blocks, but I couldn't do that to such a nice car. Mebbe I'll (...) (25 years ago, 14-Sep-99, to lugnet.cad.dat.models)

| | Woo--hoo! Here goes the neighborhood! (single-wide trailer) [DAT]
Like I said before, I can't help it. The redneck's bred in. I figure that once industry starts moving into a town, there ought to be a reasonable housing alternative. (I am soooo bad!). Duane Hess's "Big Rig" is in position to haul, but commented (...) (25 years ago, 14-Sep-99, to lugnet.cad.dat.models)

| | Re: layout of Datsville

(...) I understand your argument against the one-way streets and sort of agree. Someone should at least design a "ONE WAY" sign to let you know which ones are which. However, there is at least one pair of 2 seperate one-way drives in a downtown (...) (25 years ago, 14-Sep-99, to lugnet.cad)
