Based on heated discussions/threats (:rolleyes:) on a well known lego selling site, what does the Community think about Star Wars droids: Should they be treated as minifigs or are they just a collection of mostly non-specialized parts? I think the answer is very easy. Linetype 1 is for referencing to an existing LDraw file, doesn't matter which type (part, subpart, primitive etc.) So it is not necessary to describe that in the MPD Language Extension. The MPD Language Extension is (...) (19 years ago, 22-Aug-07, to lugnet.cad.dev)

(...) OK. I think I will stick to the conservative naming scheme for now, just to be on the safe side. LDView's automatic part downloading is just killer. Has anyone done a middle layer for the Café Corner using LEGO Factory yet? I know the proper inventory won't all be there, but it must be possible to do something that comes close... Just a thought, prompted by some discussion in the Brickish (...) (19 years ago, 23-Aug-07, to lugnet.town)
