Re: Back after 5 years - trying to catch up

(...) Wow, that's some nice traffic! I remember hunting for some stats and starting to write a slurper, but quickly realized that slurping that much data could be a pretty large hit considering the post volume. I also seem to recall that there was (...) (17 years ago, 24-Jul-07, to lugnet.general)

Re: Back after 5 years - trying to catch up

(...) - snip - (...) - snip - (...) Yeah, I wouldn't add BZPower, it's really not an AFOL site. But I would consider FBTB an AFOL site, there's a larger percentage of adults there than at BZP, I think. (BTW, BZPower currently gets about 12,000 posts (...)   Re: Back after 5 years - trying to catch up

(...) Yep! I believe this graph is in posts per week: (URL) have some data on FBTB, classic-castle, and classic-space as well, but it's quasi-out-of-date as well (Jul 4 2006 - Mar 1 2007). The ballpark estimates (posts per week) from that period (...) (17 years ago, 24-Jul-07, to lugnet.space, lugnet.general)

It's been a while since I last posted any of my models on lugnet, but I have been building quite a bit in recent months. I would like to present two of my most recent MOCs. The first is my F-117A Stealth fighter: (URL) has a retractable landing gear (...) (17 years ago, 24-Jul-07, to lugnet.announce) !!

Re: LUGs in and around the city

(...) Hi Avishai, There are a number of AFOL's in and around NYC, but gatherings are few and far between, unfortunately. A few of us met a couple of times over the past few years or so as NYCLUG but it never got off the ground or amounted to more (...) (17 years ago, 24-Jul-07, to lugnet.loc.us.ny.ny)

  Re: stop task

(...) Using a global to flag out of a task is about the only (rather awkward) option I know of. This is one of the things that I really have issues with under the NXT-G FW. (17 years ago, 24-Jul-07, to lugnet.robotics.nxt)

  Re: Stealth gunship

(...) Hi Magnus. Indeed, It does look like a cross between a Comanche and a Cobra. The retractable landing skids are a nifty touch. I doubt that's ever been done on a real helicopter, but it looks good. The overall model is nicely proportioned and I (...) (17 years ago, 24-Jul-07, to lugnet.build.military)
