  Re: 10182 Cafe Corner... WOW

(...) Incredible set! Amazingly beautiful! The builders at TLC prove to have the chops when they want to really show what they can do! (And these guys have been sneaking Brickshelf, which is always a good thing.) One of the best sets ever done by (...) (19 years ago, 7-Mar-07, to lugnet.town, FTX)

Re: Part Authors: opinions sought on T-Junctions  [DAT]

Something else to consider is that T junctions will often appear in model files themselves between two parts as shown in this simple example. 0 Model exported from LeoCAD 0 Original name: 1 4 20.00 -24.00 30.00 1.00 0.00 0.00 0.00 1.00 0.00 0.00 (...) (...) I’m pretty much in the same boat as Brendan. I haven't purchased a set since probably January 2004, but the sets that are coming out this year are really impressive. Personally I don't like this set for what it is as I’ve never really had a (...) (19 years ago, 7-Mar-07, to lugnet.town, FTX)

Re: This is SPARTA!!! Figure from the "300"

Very nicely done, Kaminoan. The toes are absolutely adorable! Makes me yearn for sandal weather. But don't you think the skirt is a bit, um, revealing? Reminiscent of the progressively shorter skirts in the Roman part of Blackadder Back & Forth. (19 years ago, 7-Mar-07, to lugnet.build.minifigs, FTX)

(2 URLs) Mod Gallery> TexLUG was invited back to the Healthy Baby and Child Expo in San Antonio, Texas, this year, and I think it was a pretty successful event.   Re: MOC: Kedleston Hall

Wow, Alistair, this is a beautiful recreation. I am particularly impressed with the interior detail. The tiled floor pattern is very nicely done is the room with the stately dark red columns. And the maersk blue room's fireplace and door lintel look (...) (19 years ago, 7-Mar-07, to lugnet.build.arch)

  Re: 10182 Cafe Corner... WOW

Holy crap! That is the most impressive looking official set I dare say I have ever seen! And this will be part of a modular series? That is so awesome. I too am buying 99% of my LEGO from Bricklink or Pick-a-Brick these days, but this just may pull (...) (19 years ago, 7-Mar-07, to lugnet.town, FTX)
