  Re: What is Bley???

(...) (URL) Sometime prior to 2004>, LEGO decided to change the colors of Light Grey, Dark Grey, and Brown. Many theories persist in why they changed the colors, but they did.   Re: What is Bley???

(...) Bley is the newer grey color that has been used by the LEGO Group. It's more bluish than the previous grey, hence the name "bley." The grey color changed a few years ago without notice, and is disliked not because of the color itself (I like (...) (19 years ago, 12-Feb-07, to lugnet.color, FTX)

  What is Bley???

Hi everyone! Humor me--I am somewhat new here, and I am not attempting to rekindle anything ugly. (I am, by nature, a peaceful person.) What is Bley? And why is it so disliked? (Please, only calm responses. Like I said--I'm somewhat new, mostly (...) (19 years ago, 12-Feb-07, to lugnet.color, FTX) !

  First Post

Hi there! Okay, so this isn't necessarily a post about the LEGO sets of 1964. But, since I was born in 1964, and I have a few sets in my collection, I thought I'd post something here and see what turns up. After all... **grins** I don't get to be (...)   Re: Micro Scale Taj Mahal

Good job on your model. However there is one thing that bugs me. The main dome/spire is way too small/short See picture: (URL) If you can just adjust it, then it will be a great model. (19 years ago, 12-Feb-07, to lugnet.build.microscale, FTX)

(...) Hi Joe, Along with (URL) picture> I think I recognize him as the same guy who designed the Death Star II. Am I right? Did you get a chance to talk to him?   Re: The Unofficial LEGO Advanced Building Techniques Guide

Hey Didier, This is a pretty good start towards a technique compendium, but I can think of a few things you missed. There's element stressing (as (URL) discussed> at Brickfest '06), and I think it would benefit from a section on articulation. After (...) (19 years ago, 12-Feb-07, to lugnet.build.schleim, FTX)
