Thanks again, I can tell from looking at the instructions for that set I'll need the 2x2 with one hole not two. After a little trial and error I figured out that the lugnet set/piece inventory refers to it as a 2x2 plate with 90° female joint (...) (25 years ago, 22-Aug-99, to lugnet.build)

I went to the LEGO shop in Bluewater today. An excellent shop that sells a lot of stuff not available at Billund or Windsor (AFAIK). I came out with a Droid Development Kit :-) The jewellery and keyrings Jon mentioned in his post are very desirable, (...) (25 years ago, 22-Aug-99, to lugnet.loc.uk)
