Thanks again, I can tell from looking at the instructions for that set I'll need the 2x2 with one hole not two. After a little trial and error I figured out that the lugnet set/piece inventory refers to it as a 2x2 plate with 90° female joint (...) (27 years ago, 22-Aug-99, to lugnet.build)

I have another LDraw(n) rover that I posted in the (URL) group. Only problem is that it's kind of top-heavy, and the motors don't gear down much. Still, it's another design to compare.
