I have another LDraw(n) rover that I posted in the (URL) group. Only problem is that it's kind of top-heavy, and the motors don't gear down much. Still, it's another design to compare. Incidentally, has anyone tried to combine a rotation sensor and (...) (25 years ago, 22-Aug-99, to lugnet.robotics)

A/B steering is the simplest possible (and least accurate) steering mechanism. One motor controls each wheel. Similar to the very first robot you build with the Mindstorms CD. No fancy gearing or other machinations. Usually the robot has trouble (...) (25 years ago, 22-Aug-99, to lugnet.robotics)

You can use a standard peg for it for the many different Technic wheels, it is used a lot in Town models. I never had a problem with it, you just need to build a good base around so that piece stays there. Scott Sanburn (...) (25 years ago, 22-Aug-99, to lugnet.build)

My question is what is it for? My dad says it is the first change after the step-down from 240V (Europeans who use 220V transformers have a 12V ac port). The other 2 ports on the tranformer have a use - one for accessories, one for control of the (...) (25 years ago, 22-Aug-99, to lugnet.trains)

I have three empty boxes (no pieces) for auction: 190 Building Set With People from 1975 (URL) - includes all 3 plastic trays inside.
