(...) wrapps (...) lines, (...) I assumed your original file was ok, and that it was a newsreader problem. I forget to change my line width all the time; I really do wish there was a good technical way to solve this. Actually, there is--posting (...) (27 years ago, 18-Aug-99, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

  Legoland Trip

On my last trip to San Diego I went to Legoland, CA. I must say that it is one of the coolest places I have ever seen. All of the displays are absolutely superb. Unlike the Lego store in Orlando, FL (which has a large collection of track and other (...) (27 years ago, 18-Aug-99, to lugnet.legoland, lugnet.trains)

Re: FA - SC items - 6982 exploriens starship, 8456 technic fiber, custom hopper

I have to admit that I am disappointed at the volume of bids on the lots I've listed on SC. Given the voracious bidding on the boats in the "500" auction I expected some serious bidding on these. Don't make me list them on eBay! :-) (27 years ago, 18-Aug-99, to lugnet.market.auction)

BluBot - now up on my website

Hi all, Just completed my BluBot. In response to challenges that have come up now and then, I have created BluBot. This bot will maneuver around an areana collecting yellow balls. It uses a combination of random roaming, line following, and a nifty (...) (27 years ago, 18-Aug-99, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: LEGOLAND trains

LOL As if anyone would want to copy that crap that TLG uses at their parks! (At least in CA) Those *aren't* LEGO trains, but rather hybrids that would be scorned in a *pure* group like this. Just because an employee of TLG built it, it doesn't mean (...) (27 years ago, 18-Aug-99, to lugnet.trains)

Re: Pics of Dutch railways models

As someone who likes attention to detail, I have to agree. I've spent about an hour looking at the details in this diorama. I especially like your attention to the window treatments. The use of lamp posts in a new way is also very interesting. And I (...) (27 years ago, 18-Aug-99, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.build)

Hey Lar, go for it, especially if it makes TLG's systems look downright primitive by comparison (that should be easy). Gary Istok (...) (27 years ago, 18-Aug-99, to lugnet.general)

Re: Jonathan Wilson's posting privileges on LUGNET

(...) I like this idea as well. But I think we should wait on the results of the vote first - because he has gone over the edge with his antics (as far as I'm concerned) and I'd like to see a break where I don't have to worry about his posts at all.
