I was wondering if there is anyone from Lego or someone well versed in legalese that can tell me if it's ok to use 'NXT' in an open source project name? e.g. "leJOS NXT" (20 years ago, 25-Jan-06, to lugnet.robotics)

(...) It looks perfect and it probably has a lot of pneumatic pistons. The scale is 1/17th or 1/18th which matches the projects I am working on. (...) Linux isn't a language. It's an operating system. And nobody I know uses Linux without a graphical user interface.
