Re: mitico forse sono riuscito a registrarmi!

(20 years ago, 15-Dec-05, to lugnet.org.it.itlug)

Re: LPub woes - more info

Uninstalled LDView and LPub2 (neither of which actually do a complete un-install as they leave registry keys, sub-directories, start menu items, etc lying around) Removed all traces of them. Install LDView 3.0 (13th Dec 2005 build) Set LDraw (...) (20 years ago, 15-Dec-05, to lugnet.cad)

Re: GRAZIE A TUTTI - GIOCHI SFORZESCHI

Salve a tutti! (20 years ago, 14-Dec-05, to lugnet.org.it.itlug)

  RE: LPub woes

Hi Travis, Unfortunately you're right in that it doesn't fix the LPub problems. One minor point, you may want to update the m6459.ldr file as some of the parts have been ~moved (and LPub can't cope with those as it looks in parts.lst for its (...) (20 years ago, 15-Dec-05, to lugnet.cad)

  Re: Mechanical obstacle avoider

Thanks Ignacio and Philo for the nice comments! I hadn't seen "Rock Stupid Rover" - very interesting. The idea of "mechanical computing" is fascinating. Some kind of signal amplification using a power source seems essential if one is to make complex (...) (20 years ago, 15-Dec-05, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: Vehicle with square wheels

Here is my attempt (not as elegant as Philo's!) I used old half bushes in a slightly different way. Gear lash seems pretty low. The gear train for the rotating weight needs some work though... (URL) Alexander (20 years ago, 15-Dec-05, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: Mosaic for ASH Tradeshow

Re: Can't See The Forest For The Trees?

(...) Hey, Chris- Ha, thought you were stuck with a bunch of Simpsons individual stringettes, eh? (sorry; obscure python reference) Yeah, recycle those babies! They need be only 3 mm long! But mind you: My "***Mutilation Alert***" also applied to my (...) (20 years ago, 15-Dec-05, to lugnet.trains.org, lugnet.town, lugnet.castle, FTX)

  Re: LPub woes

(...) I don't think it will solve your problem, but the just-released official LDView 3.0 should have some LPub-related fixes vs. the LDView 3.0 RC 1 release. --Travis Cobbs (20 years ago, 15-Dec-05, to lugnet.cad)
