Re: All those contests we never ended up doing...

(...) The axil sorter looks very interesting, might be a little hard to do, but could be a good challange. The hockey game could be fun with the 8475 remotes. (20 years ago, 13-Dec-05, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Re: Bulls Ice Peak Castle

(...) I like the use of brown in the castle; it fits in with the Bulls faction very well. Not sure why there's a Star Wars disclaimer at the bottom of the page though. David (20 years ago, 13-Dec-05, to lugnet.castle, lugnet.town, FTX)

  Re: Ideas for Lego Chipper?

(...) Correction: The wheel the blades are mounted on would not be Lego either. Based on the feedback the last post got, I sould probably make on that just shreads food such as long straight pretzels. All I really care about is that it can shread (...) (20 years ago, 13-Dec-05, to lugnet.technic)

  Joke of the Day

This morning I was deep asleep, peacefully dreaming of building a huge 3D Christmas tree out of Legos (of course!). My wife gently whispered in my ear, "It's time to get up!"   Re: 3T board & rules

(...) Wow. My compliments to the marketing department, that was a nice fast update. Now if I can just get my 2-year-old to stop powering all the motors at random... hmm, maybe that's a strategy... (20 years ago, 13-Dec-05, to lugnet.org.us.laflrc)

Re: Heavy load on LEGO chassis over uneven ground

(...) Another thing to consider when carrying so much weight is the gear ratio and motor power required. An under-powered robot with excess shaft friction will not drive in a straight line! I built a strong robot chassis a few years ago using 12V (...) (20 years ago, 11-Dec-05, to lugnet.robotics)
