  Re: New contest

Geoffrey, It is not my own plan of attack, so to speak, but it seems to me that there might be advantages to a florescent strip as opposed to a single bulb type light. Well, there might be if your camera system can differentiate alignment of the (...) (20 years ago, 8-Dec-05, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: Design

I do remember seeign something very similar to this during my studies, except it was a genetic alogorithm based on rounds in an arena. The genomes would gain fitness by being able to push their opponent out of the ring. Some of the most sucessful (...) (20 years ago, 8-Dec-05, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: Vehicle with square wheels

Hi, I am not sure about the crown gears - looking at them, the crowns teeth overhand a central bush which attaches to the axle. Putting them head to head would not work as this central axle honnetion would prevent the teeth from meshing. However - (...) (20 years ago, 8-Dec-05, to lugnet.robotics)

Hello! (...) So am I. (...) I wouldn't go so far to call them poor builders. However, I deny them the sense of aesthetics. It's even worse if somebody builds a train and the passengers are bald Space figs and Castle figs. Bye Jojo (20 years ago, 8-Dec-05, to lugnet.general, FTX)
