  Hang time in Tokyo

I just wanted to say publicly thanks to the members of EJLTC that so warmly welcomed me in Tokyo this week. I had a great time at the LEGO store and afterwards at a 3 hour dinner and show & tell. We all didn't speak the same language on one level (...) (20 years ago, 6-Dec-05, to lugnet.trains)

Re: MOTM / SOTM Voting For December Is Now Open

(...) Why do everyone want to force me to work sequentially?!? :-( (the SAS booking system has even worse tasking errors) I find it very hard to beleive that there is a real need to prevent me from having multiple windows open on the same site. As (...) (20 years ago, 6-Dec-05, to lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw)

  RE: Design

Re: Allan Bedford "Unofficial LEGO builder's guide"

Can someone please tell me if or when it will be available from the Australian Shop at Home site? "B542" does not match any products or links that I can find. Cheers ...   Re: Design

Do you care to put forth an alternate definition of intelligence? What Turing did, IMSHO, is simply make the point concrete that intelligence is what intelligence does. Navel-gazing focus on the 'qualia' of the 'personal experience' of intelligence (...) (20 years ago, 6-Dec-05, to lugnet.robotics)

Re: Is it possible to use LDView as POV-Ray previewer?

(...) I did some investigation (read: experimentation), and came to the conclusion that I'm not going to be able to produce a camera matrix that POV will accept. The problem is that I use floats in my matrix, and they're not accurate enough to (...) (20 years ago, 6-Dec-05, to lugnet.cad.ray)

  Re: Boeing 7000

Thanks for all the kind words. I hope to post some better interior shotslater but since I placed the vast majority of the figs in through theside (that was painstaking work I tell you.) I want to leave it as is for a while. I am still not completely (...) (20 years ago, 6-Dec-05, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Boeing 7000

(...) Frankly, I simply didn't have all the right parts. I thought of ordering more of the right parts through Bricklink but this was more of an exercise in using what I had available. Nathan (20 years ago, 6-Dec-05, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Super Robot 12

(...) I find all of this very entertaining. Let's get some kind of dares going on here, I wanna see some more Mechs. K, I'm still astounded by the way you used such fine parts! The whole model has such a clean look. Lot's of personality. Sturdy. (...) (20 years ago, 6-Dec-05, to lugnet.build.mecha)
