Kevin, This is a minifig that lego used quite a bit, in a variety of sets, here are 2 smaller sets: (URL) hope this helps. I think the range on these is from 1985 - 1995 or so. (It has shown up in several larger sets for extra mini-figs.) Scott (...) (25 years ago, 9-Aug-99, to lugnet.general)

(...) Red ones are easy to get - just buy the Dacta red low slope bricks set from Glen T and you get lots... 20 I think. Along with all the red low slope non-corners. I built a hipped roof 18" x 7" with that set when it arrived! Kevin (25 years ago, 9-Aug-99, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)
