(...) Thanks for the complements! Yes, those are insectoid wings - in a very happy coincidence they are almost the exact shape of the solar pannels on Serenity. I doubt I'll ever find a more useful application for them! (21 years ago, 24-Aug-05, to lugnet.space)

I've recently started using MLCAD v3.2 and assembling 8862. I've been using sub-models sucessfully, but came to add a fourth and found that when the parts are in the main model they are mirrored from what I drew in the submodel. It is the same in (...) (21 years ago, 24-Aug-05, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)

FWIW I built a Legway clone using a sensor I scrapped together out of a tiny flashlight, a standard Lego light sensor, and a lens from an instant camera. Will send pics & code if anyone's interested. Philo also had one with two standard light (...) (21 years ago, 24-Aug-05, to lugnet.robotics)
