  Re: LUGNet shut off

(...) Well, I spent and spend most my time in .build.mecha and .space. I care for the MOC and the LEGO related stuff. As I was tought by my parents I try to treat everybody the way I'd like to be treated. I have a rule I keep in mind: Listen - think (...) (21 years ago, 15-Jul-05, to lugnet.general, FTX)

(...) -snip- (...) Hey Marco, I am sorry for confusion - I was being a bit coy and cynical. I really doubt that Lugnet will be turned off - Suz has a plan for getting Lugnet to a better position and I have confidence that her plan will work. I too (...)   Re: Joe Vig Contest Entry - Special Friend

(...) Who is, Joe Vig or Terry? (Note to self: bring Soren flowers) I laughed out loud at this vignette. Is that a nervous smile on Joe's face? -nk (21 years ago, 15-Jul-05, to lugnet.build.vignette)

  I'm here! But I can't join CoLUG.

Hi all — I arrived last week to my new home in Fort Collins (in the Woodridge area, near Harmony and Taft Hill). Much of our stuff is still in boxes, and you can barely walk through the living room, but I do (finally) have internet access, which is (...) (21 years ago, 15-Jul-05, to lugnet.loc.us.co, FTX)

But not anymore. There was a time when Lugnet was the (...) (21 years ago, 15-Jul-05, to lugnet.general, FTX)

Re: Joe Vig Contest Entry - Joe Runner

(...) Thanks Bruce, it was inspired by this little gif I found on someone webpage... (URL) I saw that "Free" sign and thought about Joe, maybe standing there for free Lego.... LOL. Have a great day, Janey "Red Brick" (21 years ago, 15-Jul-05, to lugnet.build.vignette, FTX)

Re: different output power at different ports?

(...) Sounds like more friction in the drive mechanism to one wheel than the other. I've had the same problem with tank-driven robots. I was using the fast 9V motors geared down, but they were under-powered for the application. The friction in the (...) (21 years ago, 15-Jul-05, to lugnet.robotics.rcx, lugnet.robotics.rcx.robolab)

  LUGNet shut off

Hello all, I read in (URL) this message> by Lenny Hoffman that LUGNet is dying the next two month. I was shocked and did some research. So I found this (URL) thread> he's refering to IMO.
