  Re: Some comments on LPub

(...) This is exactly what happens when you read string numbers into a float (or Pascal single) and then convert it to a double (or extended). Floating point numbers are never exact in computers, and storing them with limited precision (...) (21 years ago, 22-Mar-05, to lugnet.cad)

  Re: oldest lego technic piece

(...) fun are they? (URL) I wonder where they are now, or if they are lamenting the passing of their old style gears into the newer fine-pitch teeth :-) Imagine the uproar of changing the basic brick with holes into the studded beam. Heresy! Ralph (21 years ago, 22-Mar-05, to lugnet.technic)

Re: When the King got more money (bigger yellow castle)

(...) Hi Henning, I keep coming back to look at this castle as it is a great source of ideas. I love the short curved connecting walls as well as all the angles you used in the towers. I have been duplicating some of these ideas already as they have (...) (21 years ago, 22-Mar-05, to lugnet.castle)

Re: MOC - It's a slice of the Pirate's Life for Me! (A Pirate Vignette!!)

(...) Snip Thanks for sharing, Kurt! There have been other pirate vignettes, but you've surely taken it to the next level (er,.. deck). I like how that one pirate remains to hold on to his grog while in his bunk. It would be neat to see someone make (...) (21 years ago, 22-Mar-05, to lugnet.pirates, lugnet.build.vignette, FTX)

Re: Nice Day for a Stroll

(...) Nice work, Bruce! Your use of color makes for good composition. And that front left tire really looks damaged! "Big Daddy" Nelson (21 years ago, 22-Mar-05, to lugnet.build.vignette, FTX)
