A tiny bit off topic, but of interest to people in this thread. I mentioned in a previous post that we've been running a highschool FLL pilot program the last couple of years. Well FIRST and LEGO have decided not to support the highschool program. (...) (21 years ago, 9-Mar-05, to lugnet.robotics)

(...) David, As the others have said, Welcome & Wow. I saw a good amount of your gallery the day it was posted to the weblog on Zemi.net and it's great to place a (full) name and person with the creations. I had a post written and ready to submit on (...) (21 years ago, 9-Mar-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space, FTX)

If one allows things that are not produced or distributed by lego, then why can't one use non-official sensors? Why can't one drop the entire default firmware? Heck, why does a person even have to use the RCX in the first place and not a more robust (...) (21 years ago, 9-Mar-05, to lugnet.robotics)

(...) I had posted this locked (or Universal, as we've been calling it internally) list a while back: (URL) don't have, but am looking into, as I get time, the list of "cut" colors. Hope that helps. Jake --- Jake McKee Community Liaison LEGO (...) (21 years ago, 9-Mar-05, to lugnet.color)

(...) I quite like the shape of this MOC (I'll state that I do like the bend in the front), and especially the shaping underneath. The gun is good looking, and the MOC overall does a great job of forming an interesting shape without being too parts (...) (21 years ago, 9-Mar-05, to lugnet.space, FTX)
