  Re: What is this?

I share the conclusion that it must be a phone with camera. (...) (21 years ago, 6-Mar-05, to lugnet.build)

Re: My First Post, and it's a biggun

(...) Yeah, i actually thought about that today as i was posting, but after waiting 3 weeks to get on lugnet, i was a bit antsy. Things'll be a bit slower now though, my lego collection has inexplicably diminished. David (21 years ago, 6-Mar-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space, FTX)

Re: My First Post, and it's a biggun

I kinda liked the Bobby Fischer reference, though i'll try to stick around for awhile. If only there was as much money in lego as professional chess, oh the sets i'd buy ~sigh~. Thanks for the warm welcome. David (21 years ago, 6-Mar-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space, FTX)

What's the hardest part of an MOC?

For me, it's always the beginning. Even though I did a few sketches this time to keep me focused, I still have the most difficult time just getting a shape together. Sometimes I wish I had a small bubble of zero gravity above my desk so that I could (...) (21 years ago, 6-Mar-05, to lugnet.space)

Re: My First Post, and it's a biggun

Thanks for the compliments, it was certainly flattering to be posted on Jon's sight. His stuff is amazing, and to merely be mentioned there was a red letter day. He was actually one of the first builders to baffle me with some SNOT. Thanks so much (...) (21 years ago, 6-Mar-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: rarest printed parts?

(...) Up until now we have been talking about the rarest Lego printed part as being a brick or panel or slope. Eric Strand brought this one to my attention. At over $731.00 this may not be the rarest printed part, but it sure is the most expensive I (...) (21 years ago, 6-Mar-05, to lugnet.general)

  Re: RIS 2.0 Problems

(...) That, my friend, hits the nail _SQUARELY_ on the head. This issue could in theory be addressed by them producing a new, completely platform independant development environment (perhaps itself being done in Java, so that it would work (...) (21 years ago, 6-Mar-05, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: Help me buldge :-/

(...) One minute... you've been *told* by someone to post ot things in (...) I really haven't seen you attempt to remedy that situation in any way whatsoever yet. Legoswami (21 years ago, 6-Mar-05, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

Re: My First Post, and it's a biggun

All I can say is that you're a welcome addition in our community, a very good builder and for the little I know of, I'm sure we'll be hearing from you in the future! I've been here for a few years and I don't think I've announced as many good (...) (21 years ago, 6-Mar-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space)
