  Re: Pics from ToyFair 2005

Greetings all, New poster here. While looking at Lar's pix from Toy Fair, I noticed that Lego had moved the minifigs in the Harry Potter theme from traditional LEGO yellow "skin" color to colors intended to more realistically match the actors (...) (21 years ago, 22-Feb-05, to lugnet.year.2005)

(...) Robert, I have downloaded the zip file, and loaded all models AOK in ML Cad. I have begun (about 10hrs ago) a publication with LPub just to see if it does work (I have 2GB RAM + 4GB Swap). Hopefully it does, currently the POV is working on the (...) (21 years ago, 22-Feb-05, to lugnet.technic, FTX)

(...) I am certainly overanalyzing this paraphrase of what was most likely an offhand remark, but I find this remark puzzling. What part of the fan base would be set off by returning to the old colors? I do recall seeing a small handful of posts of (...) (21 years ago, 22-Feb-05, to lugnet.color)

Re: Latest build after a long break!

(...) snip Wow! You've got some great surface textures there, with the variety of parts you used. Great color scheme, too, I like the use of the black for the feet. Very solid and imposing--looks big too. (21 years ago, 22-Feb-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  MLcad and LSynth

Hi Michael, I've been working on lsynthcp.exe lately, giving it the rewrite it has always needed, compacting code, making it more robust and decreasing synthesized file size dramatically. I was very pleased that you added support for lsynthcp.exe in (...) (21 years ago, 22-Feb-05, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)
