New Viking minifig has vicious looking face

I just saw a close up of one of the new Viking minifigs on 1000steine.de today: (URL) This Norseman looks bad to the bone! The eyes are somewhat hidden by the helmet, but the mouth makes him look pretty furious. Also his red hair is kind of curly, (...) (21 years ago, 19-Feb-05, to lugnet.castle, FTX)

  My Mini Mechas

A while back I saw (URL) these by Christopher Snead. So I was inspired to create my own. (URL) Each has their own back story, so I'll run through them in the chronological order in which I built them. MD-9 (URL) When the Fetts (Jango, Boba, Xanus (...)   Re: Velociraptor

(...) "So clever you could put wiskers and a tail on it and call it a weasel." (...) Nope. It's a low slung cockpit meant for looking forward and down. Doesn't it ever bother you that all these monstrous mechs can see forward and above but not (...) (21 years ago, 19-Feb-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: New!

(...) Yah, so i guess i shoulda cross-posted to a few more relevant groups as well! 'Cause, although the Harry Potter ship is of Jack Stone (4+ and up age) origin, it's still a nice hull that's in black with gray trim. And the Shark head that fit's (...)   Re: Velociraptor

(...) GREAT! Yeah the ridgid leg design is nice for mecha building because of lack of need of specialized parts and the strength of the joints. The bad side is it doesn't move but you can stack all kind of brick on top of it and it'll hold the pose. (...) (21 years ago, 19-Feb-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: Velociraptor

(...) Ok, we'll just need a license and proof of insurance, don't forget to try out all the features, mulible targeting array, duplexing coolant systems, side curtain airbags, and new engine dampining for a quiet ride.   Re: Velociraptor

(...) Good stuff as usual Mark. My favs on this one are the triple barrel gun pods (especially the tips) and I also noticed on the detail pics the piston that braces the leg is actually not a piston but some clever legoing!
