Re: Behind the curtains - LEGO Factory AFOL Project Team

(...) Wow what a load! It hurt my head trying to figure out what you typed Terry. I had to read it twice to figure it out, once to get past the poor grammar and spelling, then again to try and put together what you were actually saying...after all (...)   Re: Tank-killer..

(...) Thanks! I thought about your suggestion and came up with a solution that not only made the "black hole" suppressors, it reinforced the tail, which I say, COOL! Of course I didn't take pix yet, but they will posted soon. I really appreciate the (...) (21 years ago, 19-Nov-04, to lugnet.build.military, lugnet.build.microscale, FTX)

Re: Behind the curtains - LEGO Factory AFOL Project Team

I very rarely post to these threads as they are not directly building related, but.... Not really going to spend time refuting Terry's opinion. It's is own and despite whether I agree or disagree with it, I doubt we'll change either other's take by (...) (21 years ago, 19-Nov-04, to lugnet.lego, FTX)

(...) I hadn't considered the possibility of using the Party as an offensive weapon, at least not until you posted your brief synopsis of the downfall of Erf. But now I can't get the idea out of my head. (2 URLs) (click for a larger view) I really (...) (21 years ago, 19-Nov-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

Re: The Shrine of Our Lady of the Snows 2004 Lego Display

(...) Yeah, we'd love to have set-up at the same time, but this worked out better for most of us. I'm glad you liked it, Although last years' was not bad, this was clearly better, we have grown as a club, and as individual builders. From your (...) (...) snip (...) I know that you don't want to hear that it wasn't Jake's fault... but that wasn't Jake's fault.   Re: work in progress | more pictures and information

Ok, so this is a very productive month. I was in a mood of doing something simple after alot of trial and error with the crane on the TGA.   European vs American Market and Values (Was: LEGO sells "violent" toys?)

As I said, I very much prefer Lego for the creativity values it once represented (and which it tries to regain), but the current set design is very unattractive to me and other adults I talked to.   Innocuo blocco del traffico a Crema (era: Legofest XVIII a Dadi.com 2004)

Salve a tutti. Rimbalzo una notizia sottolineata sul sito di Dadi.com. Domenica e' probabile che ci sia il blocco del traffico a Crema, ma la sede di Dadi (il campus universitario) e' esterno alla zona a traffico limitato. Ciao. Stefano (21 years ago, 19-Nov-04, to lugnet.org.it.itlug)
