  Re: My modular castle creations

(...) I have to agree with Frank, I think this set has great value in the parts for realistic landscaping. The problem with most MOC Castle creations is that the focus is too heavy on military, castle walls using very simple designs and pre-fab (...) (22 years ago, 23-Jan-03, to lugnet.castle)

Re: New sculpture: Maneki Neko (Japanese good luck cat)

Will, Very nice. Whenever I go to a Japanese import shop I see lots of this little guy in porcelain. That's a very unique idea for a Lego sculpture. Bruce (22 years ago, 23-Jan-03, to lugnet.build.sculpture)

  Re: Swap-a-Bot Program.

  Re: Debut MOC: Castle Earthflower

Kevin, I really like this castle. The color scheme is very striking, and there are lots of nice little details all over. I especially like that you have a variety of different rooms for different purposes--kitchen, storage, bedroom, etc. That gives (...) (22 years ago, 23-Jan-03, to lugnet.castle)

Posting for Chris to relieve boredom...

LOR stands on the table, forlorn, saying 'Finish me... Let me walk!...' which just happens to fall on deaf ears for I, Dave, train-head extra-ordinaire, have been far too busy with my modules and playing with LEGO train track :) But soon there will (...)   Re: My modular castle creations

(...) At $15 with K-Mart BOGO I think it's reasonably worthwhile. Like you say, it's got good terrain bricks, and two decent minifigs (ok, so you need to loose the Harry Potter head, but otherwise the minifigs are good). The spider has some good (...) (22 years ago, 23-Jan-03, to lugnet.castle)
