  Re: Anakin's Pod

(...) I don't know if this will help anybody, but I was at a mall in Philadelphia, PA tonight, and saw Anakin's Pod in a number of stores, including some that wouldn't normally carry Legos. They included Sears, Kay-Bee (at about $15, if I remember (...) (26 years ago, 14-May-99, to lugnet.starwars)

Re: Rock Raiders --Wider is not better.

Do they have ANY alternative models on the back? With the abundance of large specialised pieces some LEGO sets are practically useless as a source of good parts. On the other hand the excessive packaging for some of these sets would make good fire (...) (26 years ago, 14-May-99, to lugnet.general)

  EP 1 Sets Every where

Spotted all EP1 sets at Kmart Karrinyup. Even Myers had the first 4 sets but Kmart was cheaper. I assume that all stores will have them now. I reckon they have had them out the back waiting to display them. The Largest EP1 set pod racers looks (...) (26 years ago, 14-May-99, to lugnet.loc.au.wa.per)

Re: Just got back from...DEKA...Auckland, New Zealand

Ben Pegler wrote in message ... (...) The guy who started Moore Wilson's is a big fan of LEGO. The shop in Tory St stocks the entire LEGO range. How do people decide whether to auction stuff or post it for sale? The MISB Space Shuttles etc. I understand. But I am gathering a collection of parts from various themes that might be more desireable to others and might help me to fund another (...) (26 years ago, 14-May-99, to lugnet.market.theory)

Rock Raiders --Wider is not better.

Hello again, Every once in a while I break out of lurk to post and Rock Raiders set 4970, Chrome Crusher, was the inspiration this time. As is usual in my reviews, I break out the good, the bad, and the ugly. So here goes. The Good: Lots of spunk (...) (26 years ago, 14-May-99, to lugnet.general)

  Re: Making accurate Y-Wing engines

I have a pair of those round (...) I have a few in white. No idea which set they came from, though. Dave (26 years ago, 14-May-99, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: Making accurate Y-Wing engines

(...) Actually, they have been made in red too (I've got some from set 570), and also in white if I'm not mistaken. (...) Hehe. But it won't be my 4x4 plateless turntables I'm throwing... -Tom McD. when replying, use a plate with your spamcake. (26 years ago, 14-May-99, to lugnet.starwars)

  I'm coming to trade!

Hey all, Thankfully now that my extremely stressful and hectic school, work, and personal life has settled considerably in the past few weeks, I will be able to come to the get-together in Fremont next weekend. I won't be bringing my MOC spacecraft (...) (26 years ago, 14-May-99, to lugnet.loc.us.ca.sf)

Re: Jawas and Sandcrawler: Pictures Up
