If you have a device that uses the handyboard supply to generate voltages then just voltage divide the output to the correct 0-5v and input on the analog ports. If you are using phototransistors or something similar there are lots of photo circuits (...) (28 years ago, 4-Apr-97, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)

Any 16x2 LCD with a Hitachi HD44780 controller chip will work. I got mine from wirz electronics at www.wirz.com (go to serial lcd displays and they sell the LCD separate for $8 bucks!) There are lots of displays that use (...) (28 years ago, 4-Apr-97, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)

Hi, I am working in a group to make a six legged robot. We are using the Mini SSC from Scott Edwards to control the servo motors. I've found that alkaline batteries work well. I used it to power motors too and they seem to work fine. I tested a flashlight bulb and found that it drew 0.79 A at the rated voltage.
