I have never had to mail the broken/damaged parts back. I just do it all by phone. When I got my dampers the originals were fine - I said I wanted spares as insurance. The fine folk at LEGO had no problem with this. Scott A (...) (26 years ago, 1-Aug-00, to lugnet.loc.uk)

Michael and co.: If you want to do this type of testing, but don't want to mess with CVS, sourceforge automatically creates daily tarballs of the CVS tree, so that you can get a nearly completely up-to-date version of legOS from CVS without having (...)
