| (...) Just about any university library should be able to transact an ILL, but you may have to be a member of the university's "community" e.g. student, faculty, library-card-carrying alumnus, etc. Public libraries can do this too. Check out (...) (26 years ago, 1-May-00, to lugnet.books)
