You aren't considered the "high bidder" if the winner retracts- but the seller does get everyone's bids, and it's natural to assume they might contact a lower bidder to unload the item. Christopher, I'd defiantly like to see some detail on how all did the hinges with the legs. I'd love to keep the 2x2 legs I already have.
