Ug! I knew people overbid on ebay but $45 for 18 BURPs!! the sad thing is I just set up about 15 auctions and didn't try to hipe them. :( but! I am in Idaho. I went by another Fred Meyer today and they didn't have any clearance items. They have atleast 30 each of the mummy tombs and the Technic beach buster. (...) Why actually paint on the LEGO? Open up your scanned/digital pics in a paint program and have at them! This has numerous advantages, not the least of which is the fact that if you screw up, you can always change it back with Undo or Revert to (...) (26 years ago, 1-Feb-00, to lugnet.castle)

(...) I guess the answer depends upon the domain name (I waffle just like a real lawyer :)). Clearly www.legos.com and www.lego.org would both be a problem using the "likelihood of confusion" test.
