| (...) A bit, but I think we need to look at the history of the special purpose parts. Most of the earlier models had a few, which, IMO, were there to enhance the set. Nowadays, all parts seem to be this trend, which the special parts outnumber the (...) (26 years ago, 1-Feb-00, to lugnet.space)

| (...) I guess the answer depends upon the domain name (I waffle just like a real lawyer :)). Clearly www.legos.com and www.lego.org would both be a problem using the "likelihood of confusion" test. Both of those domain names could draw internet (...) (26 years ago, 1-Feb-00, to lugnet.publish, lugnet.general)
