Paul, I stand in awe at the scale you guys can build! Who owns the 18 wheeler? Because you must need one to haul those huge buildings around the State of Ohio. When is you next show? IndyLUG is going to caravan over to see your stuff in person. I had planned on going to your last Columbus show but time and prior commitments conspired against me. The pics are great but to > see it all in person would be outstanding. Brian

so true! The next member to join will have to have at least a cargo-van, or an SUV/Truck with a trailer!

As for next shows, that’s up in the air. Besides the “standard” shows like GATS and Greenberg, we have a bunch of invitations. At our next club meeting (April 4), we’ll make a plan for this years’ shows. There is no GATS or Greenberg in Columbus till Feb. 2005, but last year we did the Dayton GATS, which would be ideal for Indylug to come see/participate (?) (Dayton is pretty much right in between Columbus and Indianapolis). The entire downtown becomes quite a transport nightmare, we will likely only show it in its entirety at local GATS/Greenberg shows, but a few skyscrapers (meanwhile we have 4 finished, 3-5 under active construction, and a few more planned) should make it to out-of-town shows too. I’ll keep you guys posted as to when/where we’ll be next (including the size and content of layout, so you can judge if it is worth the trip).

Paul

Yup, it would be about a 2 hour drive to Dayton, however, that is the weekend prior to the Indy GATS which we’ll participate in. I don’t think too many of the guys could do back to back weekends, although it would be fun to have two LEGO layouts at one GATS.

I’ll keep an eye out for any future shows you list. Brian
