True it doesnt have instructions for adding a 9v motor, but its still a very
nice set. Oh and speaking of 9v motors, I made conversions in MLCAD for 9v
and 12v motors. One drall back though, it doesnt allow for adding a power
cable for a light since the buffer plates sit on top of the power
connectors(for both motors). Enjoy and happy building!

NOW we DO have instructions for adding a 9v motor! When Lego S@H actually ships
the Train set, the instructions, together with 2pcs 1x4 plate, are added!

I also build my motor in the tender, but the designers at Lego made it very
simple. Not a very nice solution in my opinion, a bit too simple....
AND, from yesterday on, the Set is available as a K10173, Extras: 3 packages 9V
track, transformer and motor. Very expensive though: these add-ons cost more
than 100,- (!) extra. No way I would pay that......
