Well, we did it. We moved the main portion of the Twin Cities LEGO Train Club layout to a new location and got it all set up. Now we can concentrate on finishing it! Actually, this is the first time we have been able to even see the backside of the layout because it was up against 2 walls in our basement! We have a lot of work left to do on it, and devoting time to it has taken a backseat to other projects, but I think this move has refreshed our interest in working on it. So hopefully I will be able to show updated pics of our progress in the coming months.

So, here are some pics of it as it sits in its new home: http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=6920

Enjoy,

JOHN

SNIPPY (...) Hi John, Thats very well done. It sure is on an impressive scale. I have only one small question, which is about something which struck me as I looked at the pics. Where are all the minifigs? Samarth (19 years ago, 26-Nov-04, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.trains.org, FTX)

when you have such a big layout how do you keep it from getting dusty? (19 years ago, 26-Nov-04, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.trains.org, FTX)
