I like your city block! It reminds me a bit of "Blade Runner." The overhead connection between two buildings is really cool. (I'm copying this to "town" because I think the town folks would be interested). I have posted some pictures of my small city layout, as well as two new pages- one for a small six-legged (unmanned) walker, and one for a small one person patrol craft.
