I'm not sure of the exact size of the Death Star but mine is about 2 inches
in diameter...

Thanks, guys. Once I get my new LEGO site up, I'll have a generic sphere and
instructions. I do plan on making spheres of different diameters (and
possibly variation Death Stars), but I think I should finish the site first...

Death Star I from ANH: 120 kilometres in diameter.
