    Space World Hosting —Mark Sandlin
Hi Everyone. I am thinking about going with the hosting solution that Bram offered earlier. (URL) can't spare $100 on this, but I could spare $25. If I can get a couple more folks to chip in, we could get the site going. Sound good? LMK what you (...) (24 years ago, 25-Oct-00, to lugnet.space)

Re: Space World Hosting —Trevor Pruden
I'd be interested in chipping in 25$ as well, but I *suck* eggs when it comes to designing a good website. Would anyone be able to give me a hand at the code? Trev (...) (24 years ago, 26-Oct-00, to lugnet.space)

Re: Space World Hosting —Jeromy Irvine
Are you holding off on the getting the domain name at this point? You'll need to get more people to chip in for that. Unfortunately, I can't chip in on the cost at this point, but I can help with the design/coding if that's something that needs (...) (24 years ago, 26-Oct-00, to lugnet.space)

(...) Thanks Jer. Fortunately, I'm a graphic designer, so I can cook up some fairly decent graphics. Glad to hear you've got some web coding experience. ~Mark "Muffin Head" Sandlin (24 years ago, 26-Oct-00, to lugnet.space)

Re: Space World Hosting —Mark Sandlin
Well, I've said I would toss in $25, and Jon said he's good for $25, so we still need $50 for the hosting. NCCW has a special where they'll sign your domain up for $15. So hey... anyone else want to help out? The more people who pitch in, the (...) (24 years ago, 26-Oct-00, to lugnet.space)

(...) Ok you can count me in for 25$. Jon said he could help me with the code. I design injection molds and components, not program computers. Trev (24 years ago, 26-Oct-00, to lugnet.space)

I'd like to point out that there are *very* cool expansion possibilities if you get an NT server with ASP and database support.    (...) Not for that price, no. But what I've found to be true, especially with respect to webhosting, is you get what you pay for.
