OK, after about 5 hours of switching back and forth between Brickshelf,

Estimated time to produce instructions:

Creating model - one this size could take 4 to 8 hours to model, IF all the
parts are in the system.

Placing steps, rearranging parts into a logical order, adding buffer exchange
and or rotation steps - another 4 to 8 hours.

Rendering with LPUB - 2 hours (depending on processor speed)

Debugging and formatting instructions - another 2 or 3 hours at least.

So we're talking a couple of days solid work to create decent looking
instructions (this is why I never create instruction for models this size).
