I've been playing around with my new RIS and having a blast, but one thing
bugs me - there's no "OFF" switch on the IR transmitter.  When I power off my
computer the IRT still has the green light lit and drains the 9V battery over
time!  I've taken to removing and installing the 9V battery each session, but
what a pain with having to disconnect the cable to open the battery cover!!
(Actually, I just noticed that the light goes out when I unplug the cable, but
that is still a nusiance to do each session.)
Is this a known issue with the IRT?
