I haven't seen the earlier posts in this thread but I assume we are talking
about a way of getting an AC adaptor to drive an RCX from 1.5 without
hacking the hardware.

If so then I have been pondering this as well and was thinking of using some
of the dummy AA batteries epoxied together. I don't know if you are UK based
or not but if so then maplin seem to list something suitable
(www.maplin.co.uk - search for code YX92A)

Let me know if you get anywhere with this!
