Have you checked with lulu.com? They do printing in Europe when delivering
to Europe, so the shipping charges might be lower. OTOH, I don't know what
that would mean for the prize of the magazine, and your margins...

I have - lulu copies have been available for some time (although those will have
to be pulled off too). You can too. Prices on demand are very high.

Like I said, I have looked at as many options as I can.
