I think that message might be coming up for everybody when downloading #9. I got
it with a US address. (Either that or TwoMorrows has restrictions within the US,
also.)

I concur. I live in New York state, and I received the same message. My advice
is to abstain from alarm. Bley, Brickshelf, BrickJournal - the end is always
nigh for the unhappy AFOL!
Anyway - as always, phenomenal work, Joe! Congrats to you, your helpers, and all
the contributors. It's an enjoyable and often inspiring read.
