Does anyone have a LOT of the Armada guys? I have looked around on the web
and no one seems to make big bases and such for them, and I have been

Conquestadors(spelling?)

Close... it's "Conquistadors".  ;-)

I *used* to have quite a number of these guys.
I picked up as many of the last Pirates minifig set as I could,
plus several of the latter-day Pirate sets.
At one time, I'd estimate that I had around 40 of these Lego Spaniards.
But, since I like to have a little variety with my minifigs,
I changed 'em around.  I kept no more than five (5) of any one type
of Conquistador intact, and converted the remainder into regular Pirates.
I *also* converted a fair number of other 'figs into extra Conquistadors,
primarily using the Fright Knights minifig pack.
From FK, I used the grey torso w/ tiny red crosses, the black torso
w/ clamshell breastplate pattern, and, as "El Capitan",
the bat lord torso.  Also, using the chrome-plated breastplate,
I converted a number of Pirate Captain torso (black) into extra
Conquistadors as well.  Finally, from Knights Kingdom, I'm using
the ubiquitous smirking knight w/ breastplate armor pattern
as an extra type of Conquistador.  So, in the end, I have an army
of 36 Conquistadors (five [5] each of the "standard" three types,
plus five each of the four extra types I've used, plus one "Capitan").

Either is correct.

I know, I know--I'm just giving Franklin a hard time.

In any case, of far greater importance to me (though still not much) is
why otherwise right-thinking people pronounce nuclear as "nukular".  What's
that about?
