Re: BayLUG Save 9v Trains Store Display

(...) Russell, Great job with the window display! That's a nifty way of drawing attention to the plight of 9V trains. And, some very intriguing and unique MOCs as well! Jordan (17 years ago, 21-Jan-07, to lugnet.org.us.baylug, lugnet.loc.us.ca.sf, lugnet.trains, lugnet.trains.org)

United Air Lines DC-3 with working props and landing gear

Aircraft are difficult to taxonomize on LUGNET. This isn't a military plane, but military fans will recognize the "gooney bird" - the military's version of the DC-3 - so I included that.   Re: BayLTC @ Great Train Expo, San Jose

(...) That is correct. James made some new instructions after seeing Ross's version and I built it. You can see James' instructions and pictures of the trolleys I built here (URL) (18 years ago, 27-Sep-06, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.loc.us.ca.sf.sj, lugnet.org.us.baylug, FTX)

Re: BayLTC @ Great Train Expo, San Jose

(...) Hello, Jonathan- This version looks very close to (URL) Ross' riff> on James Mathis' design. History (URL) HERE>. JOHN (18 years ago, 27-Sep-06, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.loc.us.ca.sf.sj, lugnet.org.us.baylug, FTX)

Re: BayLTC @ Great Train Expo, San Jose

(...) I think it's a James Mathis design, built by Bruce Chamberlain. But I might have that mixed up with another trolley. If it is a Mathis then you can probably get the plans from him. (URL) (18 years ago, 27-Sep-06, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.loc.us.ca.sf.sj, lugnet.org.us.baylug)

Re: BayLTC @ Great Train Expo, San Jose
