Iain used the large shock absorber and designed an axle/slide end-of-arm-tool
that was really neat! Basically the axles kept the EOAT from moving around
while being pressed down. Maybe theres some pictures sonewhere.
The whole assembly was a joy to watch

Hi Mitchell,
I think the part you're refering to is this:
http://www.peeron.com/inv/parts/3959
"Minifig Accessory Torch"
I got the idea from the guys (whos name escapes me, I'm really sorry) who
put together this huuuuuge, 7 metre long car assembly system in Germany I
think. They were using this same idea to pick bricks, so I gave it a shot
and was happy with it. :) The reason I did it, is becuase you can very
securley "lock" the "torch" to other bricks, and it won't pull out. I guess
it's not so big a deal on this project because the duck is twisted off,
anyway.

You know, I typed in "Space Gun" and it didn't come up. I went to the 6990
Monorail, to find it. :)
