Lego would say that the fact that this move has occured does mean that there
will be the market for Lego Trains in the UK.

However, I see no reson why they cannot set up a S@H type service in the UK,
especially since the toy market is now controlled by TRU & Argos?

(...) Not sure I understand this logic. Why will lego say because they have moved to slough there will be a market for trains in the UK? The market doesnt happen because lego moved. Neither does the fact that lego moved suddenly make them want to (...) (24 years ago, 3-Dec-99, to lugnet.loc.uk)

(...) Grrrr!! I have ranted about not all sets being available in UK before. I have this awful feeling that I am going to live just 18 miles from a lego warehouse stocked full of train parts destined for Europe that I cannot buy even at Legoland (...) (24 years ago, 3-Dec-99, to lugnet.loc.uk)
