The Hornsby Heights Hall was already booked :-( (Curse those children and
their birthday parties).

There is a more available, more convenient, slightly larger, but more
expensive hall available, so I've gone ahead and booked that.

What: S'Fest XI/ LUGFEST 2002.1
When: Sunday 27 January 2002, Noon - 6pm*
Where: Beatrice Taylor Hall, Willow Park, Edgeworth David Road Hornsby (a
downhill walk from Hornsby Station, or a +/- flat walk from Waitara Station).
(Also, a convenient distance from the local pub for the beer round and/or
dinner).

How Much: Hall Hire is $80 (and there's $20 surplus from the last meeting
that we can use).

Activities: This, we need to work on: MOCs, Brickwars (theme?)**, trains,
and so on. If people are in Sydney on Saturday or Monday, maybe other (even
non-LEGO centric) activities would be in order.

It would be great if we could have an excursion to Andrestavia in the
morning (either by car or train). Kev?

Who: Anyone who'd like to come. The more, the merrier (and indeed, the more,
the cheaper!) There's a park/playground next door if there are any kids who
need a break from LEGO.

Accomodation: I don't have any spare space to offer. There's a pub nearby
(walking distance) which would probably be best/cheapest (plus another pub
if you're feeling brave), two motels at a convenient (ie long walk)
distance, and a caravan park about 20mins away. I'm happy to track down
details for anyone that wants them.

Cheers

Richie Dulin

*If we want the hall after 6pm, we can get it (at the moment), but that's
another session, and another $80.
